Listen Volkswagen, I know how to balance the clutch and gas to take off on a hill. I don't need you clamping down the brakes for 1.5 seconds and potentially stalling if I try to take off too soon. Besides, I'll still have to know how to get moving on a hill once the brakes release, so what's the point? I suppose this feature is more of a "necessity" now that hand brakes are electronic instead of cable-operated, but at least give us a way to turn it off. So far all I've read is that you have to use a VW diagnostic computer to disable it. /rant ... Copied to Clipboard!
