Prescription prices are generally going to be controlled by your insurance, but all cash-paying prescriptions and OTC items are generally cheaper at small, independent pharmacies.

It goes against the conventional wisdom of large corporations being able to offer lower prices. More proof healthcare and capitalism don't work well together.
