R.I.P. John Madden

I haven't played a Madden since probably the PS2 days, but they were fun times. He hadn't been a broadcaster in 12 years but I can still instantly hear his voice when I think of it and many of his catchphrases.

Yeah, I saw someone say that probably part of the reason our generation is so tough on today's broadcasters is because we grew up listening to Madden call games.

I'd love a twist where Vegeta destroys Cell before he can become complete (especially since Cell is super lame) and then becomes the new threat, but we all know that won't happen.

Appealing to Vegeta's pride to allow Cell to become complete might be the first non-lame thing he's done though.

I have a lot of friends and family who are UGA fans, so I'd be okay with them winning tonight

but only if they beat Bama in the rematch which I'd be kind of dubious about because UGA always seems to choke against them

Getting the Gravity Suit is a nice 'finally' moment.

Experiment Z-57 beated! Whew, that was a tough one since any mistake cost you a lot of life. The cutscenes around this one were pretty great though.

It feels like this episode was a contest to determine who the stupidest person on the island is. All I know is that it isn't Android 16.

Also Solar Flare always works. I was begging Krillin to use it to help them get away, but alas.

Yeah, I guess you had to start this show with showing how Boba Fett escaped the Sarlacc, but it was pretty good overall.

I remember seeing a lot of people considering if Horizon was worth checking out while waiting for Andromeda arriving later the same month. Sure aged well.

If I ever get in a drive thru with two lanes, I will always choose the slower lane. It's a very odd talent.
