Meowth sounds like an okay option, though he'd still be pretty weak I assume... or maybe not? The anime has a big effect on people.

I thought Amaterasu was half decent on this site so should beat Morgana comfortably. Unless i'm remembering wrong.

I appreciate all the fun gaming discussion but you gents are missing The Story of the Year. Our long international nightmare has finally arrived- it's a cat world now, we're all just living in it!

As votals have fallen, so too has the fate of our beloved puppies. Turns out they were the ultimate Casual Bait after all! Yesterday's upset shouldn't have come as a shock given the way results have been trending, and also how it had been five years since they last went to war, but the result still stings bitterly for all Doggie Diehards like myself.

I'm guessing cats are doing much better today than in previous polls is because of the fact that cats are low maintenance pets who can at least take care of themselves for short periods of time when you aren't around. Dogs simply get too attached to their owners to be left alone for any extended period of time. And with the aging userbase of this site comes more responsibilities like family things such as having children (and going out more often with your children), or caring for elderly relatives, which would create a conflict in being around often enough to care for a dog.

You may be able to leave a cat alone for a day or two but if you ever need to travel with cats? it's fucking hell. I have literally missed vacations because I couldn't take my cats. Moving houses? hell. Taking them to vet/shots? yep, hell. I get pissed when people say how eaaasy and low maintance cats are because it's the opposite, cats are annoying, stubborn, inflexible creatures that will scratch you and bite you and urinate all over your possessions if you don't do what they want.

What are the expected front-runners for 2022 Game of the Year?

Closest poll I could find is from a year ago but I don't know what release dates are expected to be anymore.

Assuming it releases, BotW2 will likely win rather easily.

It's BotW2 easily if it actually comes out this year but most seem skeptical that it will

If the God of War sequel is close in strength to the first and BotW2 doesn't come out, it would be a decent bet.

Is Ragnarok considered more likely to come out than BotW2? We've seen a lot more BotW, I feel like.

If neither of those come out, it'd be between Elden Ring, Starfield, and Horizon 2 I guess? I don't think Starfield stands a chance without coming out on PS, but I guess we'll see how it does.

FFXVI is another wildcard too

I'm hope too, but let's let the game come out before we so easily put it over the sequel to what was with lengths the best acclaimed game of the past decade basically everywhere.

Would like to see her against Crono (probably a win), Sonic (probably a loss due to the movies), and Zelda (probably a close loss)

I'd be interested in seeing how strong Aerith is as well.
