In the 4th quarter alone the Clippers were given 25 FTs after receiving 2 FTs total in the previous 3 quarters. The refs only called a single foul against the Clippers in the 4th (with 40 seconds left). The refs even took away a 3 from the Magic after the fact for being out of bounds when the replay showed he was in bounds. His heel was above the line but his heel never touched the floor. I think the play in tournament adds an element towards buying since quite a few playoff hopefuls could buy to try to dodge it, a la the Clippers (who got a good trade with Powell/RoCo for scraps basically) and others like the Pels or Hawks could buy to try to sneak into the playoffs --- I live on, THROUGH THIS SEASHELL!
