The graphics are nice, but not game-changing (except maybe in a bad way by obscuring enemies and drops). The shared stash is useful, but doesn't offer much space (to the point I'd rather have the old system), and is available in a better form offline through mods. The biggest downside is that it's a game that demands a lot of time and will prevent me playing other games. I've played enough D2 for 10 lifetimes.
