"get healthier."

and, unsurprisingly, the video ended before he said to also get vaccinated. you know what the best way to avoid getting polio is? it's not a mask.

it's getting the vaccine specifically to prevent polio.

moreover, wearing a mask doesn't prevent you from getting anything. it helps prevent you giving other people something. like, y'know, they always have.

be healthy has been the answer to preventing sickness for literal centuries. it's not a new thing, it's taught in fucking grade school.

moreover, they did. wash your hands? wear a mask? disinfect things? stay home and rest if you're sick?

sound familiar? it should, they contribute to health because they help prevent you from getting sick and/or sicker.

not to mention, you are always in control of your health. hence why all of these conservative republicans are dying from covid, because they made the unhealthy choice to not wear masks, to not get a vaccine, to completely ignore basic protocols for combating a sickness.
