Walmart has been selling consoles they don't have, then you wait a month for them to ship it, then they just cancel your order out of the blue. Its been a massive headache, and customer support has been no help at all. Buy it literally anywhere else. I was under the impression I was getting a console, and now I have to start looking again.

I think Sony is misleading retailers into thinking they have consoles when they do not and once someone purchases a console from WM, they'll just wait until it arrives even if it takes weeks.

It is pretty short sadly. I spent some time grinding each weapon to level 5 and filling in their skill trees for extra playtime. Was gonna do the same for the NG+ versions but then I saw how crazy expensive they are and decided I had my fill

I'm probably going to try and hunt one of these down next week. I've noticed places getting stock drops a bit more regular in my city so I hope I can snag one. I've no interest in buying a bundle though.

I think Walmart is letting third party sellers on their site get their stock first. The third party seller buys their stock from Walmart, and then walmart probably gets a cut from the third party seller. I was looking on their site, and the consoles are over 2x the price then what it should be. That should be fucking illegal

Yes. My co-worker and I were actually looking at that today before I left work. It was ridiculous. He was talking about not finding one at MSRP price anywhere. And checked Wal-Mart I honestly hope scalpers get stuck with those PS5s

I have a lot of experience playing Dark Souls 1 and 3. I always heard Bloodborne was the hardest of these games, but honestly I think it's the one I've found the easiest. Probably because of said experience.

I only have 2 mandatory bosses left on NG+, but I havent done like any optional areas

there aren't any big box stores that do that though

the scalpers just use bots to purchase everything as soon as it becomes available

Really enjoying FF7R so far! Middle of Chapter 7 right now. This game looks incredible and runs buttery smooth. And the slowdown with all the particle effects when issuing commands looks cool af. I'll be honest, the level design isn't spectacular, but unlike FFXIII I'm not hating the linearity. But I wish I had more weapon/gear options. In like 9 hours I've found 1 additional weapon for Cloud. Also Barret is hilarious and they nailed his character.

Edit: Also playing on highest difficulty I believe, and combat is a bit too easy. Took a long time to complete the Stagger Effect 1 mission because I was killing enemies too fast to do the thing to complete the mission.

I managed to snag two PS5s(one for my brother) from PS Direct a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if I got lucky or stock is getting better.

Pro tip, if youre trying to get one from PS direct: try to get in the waiting room on as many devices as you have. They dont check IP address. That way you have a better chance at a good place in the queue.

So I played a couple hours of FF7R last night before bed. After I was done the system started to make these loud audible popping sounds. Apparently its the plastic casing contracting while cooling and its normal. I dont think Ive ever had a console do that before, is that seriously normal? o_O
