The lease ran out, and technically it was going to only go up by $200 as that's the limit, but the unit above us they were remodeling after they moved out and are making that one $3300. They're also removing the garages and turning those into new apartments as well. All because the old awesome landlord had to sell the building to some shit company. O_Town_Rulez posted...
