Basically a friend of mine got in trouble at work for laminating his parents' vaccination cards for free. One manager said it was okay but then lied when someone above said manager had a problem. Office supply store.

Office supply store.What? I laminate personal shit at work all the time and my company is super cheap. I work in the purchasing department and am always astonished by how penny pinching they are. No one has ever questioned it. If they suspended me for that I'd try to negotiate and offer to buy a new pack of laminating sheets and see if they'd call it even. BTW, it's not a good idea to laminate vaccination cards. We may have to get another booster shot and the doc won't be able to write on it. Just keep that shit in your glove compartment so it doesn't get messed up.
