I can understand it looking inappropriate but if you need to restrain somebody and pretty much every restraint is banned, what are you going to do? This is clearly a non-harmful restraint, and was likely applied because of how she wound up on the ground. pionear posted... Which One? Video doesn't show how he ended up in that position (might have been a struggle and fell on top of her), but he was just holding her down, he clearly wasn't "grinding" or anything. If it was a female cop and male suspect, no one would give a shit about this. Hell, if instead of restraining her, he just tazered her repeatedly until she fell limp, no one would be talking about it, either.
