I'd prefer to do it if I'm going to solo queue but its pointless when 3 other people all try to do it and you have to hope two will back down.

Full aggro Charizard is the most fun build I've played so far. Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, and X Attack as your item. I've never felt as impactful in teamfights.

Made it to Masters! I have an 80% win rate with Slowbro. Everything else is wildly inconsistent.

I am now that cramorant now lol. I played him all night and I really like him now. His ult is so dumb and good with Buddy Barrier and Energy Amplifier, it just melts people, it's great.

Had the rare lose Zapdos/win game match.

Dominated them really hard early, kept them out of Zapdos for awhile, they were barely able to clear it but didnt have the health to make it by us to the goals.

Also the difference in the Zapdos part was that they had a Cinderace and we didn't. So they were able to clear it with a small win whereas all of our small Zapdos wins were forced retreats or getting stuck defending with not enough health.

Yeah i started the night fresh in ultra 3 from the night before and close to a free bonus win.

With that and a 6 game win streak in between i ranked up in a hurry.

The weirdest part about ranking up is that it's suboptimal for the extra points bar to fill up all the way. Ideally you want it hovering around 300~ so you can tank a bad losing streak

Yeah rank up is theoretically bad but the 6 game win streak nearly filled the bar back up on its own(a couple games later it completed again)

Cramorant is funny when you hide in the bushes and just snipe and fuck up people from afar. A lot of times people just don't notice at all where the attacks are coming from.

So is Cramorant actually good

I just gave em a try and it seems like Surf + Whirlpool just SLAMS on people early game, like insta kills. But late game it seems like getting close enough to people to do it means squishy Cramorant gets killed, and it won't actually hurt people as bad late game.

Feels like a big "win the lane lose the game" character

Cramorant can easily delete a team lategame too. Wouldn't call him top tier or anything but plenty viable.

Cramorant ult can completely zone enemy teams. You should be able to reliably win your team the second Dreadnaw fight and the first fight around Zapdos as long as you don't waste your ult at suboptimal times.

I had a game recently where I was level 11 and someone on my team was level 4 without AFKing somehow. I feel like you have to intentionally try to avoid EXP at that point.

Unrelated but I think I'm officially done with this game. There was about 4 or 5 days where I was just logging in and doing quick matches to finish my daily missions so I don't think I was ever really enjoying it. Game design aside I think it just doesn't feel good to actually play. Auto attacks are laggy and everything has this weird sort of jello/lag feeling that gets on my nerves.

If this were on PC with M+KB controls I might give it more time but I'm done for now barring some massive patches/updates.

Nope but it's not connection lag it's more like everything has a .25 second startlag. I kept forgetting to turn off the "auto move when attacking" so maybe that could have alleviated some issues.

I mean even if it ran flawlessly I don't think there's enough here to grab my attention for any longer than it has. The strategy is way too simple so every match is basically the same minus the coinflip of whether or not your teammates know what they're doing.

If both teams know what they're doing THEN it comes down to who can actually win a teamfight and the whole game is decided on 2 or 3 of those.

I think there's an interesting shell for a game here but I'll stick to Heroes of the Storm ARAM for my MOBA fix. I hope this game has a lot of success for the people who enjoy it though

often its an issue with trying to start scoring a goal. there will be a moment where its not happening and Im not sure if I screwed up or not and then sometimes Ill press X again and it actually was happening, so now Ive screwed up the thing that wasnt actually screwed up?

Oh yeah goal scoring feels AWFUL most of the time. It's especially bad after Zapdos when the goal is open. You stand there and hold X and you can't tell if you're actually doing anything for .5 seconds then BAM you score. Of all the things that need to be instant why is there a delay on that?

theres a setting to change it from hold x to press x to score a goal

One of the games biggest barriers is that the default controls are all the bad controls.

Yeah, I really like Slowbro. The biggest downside for me though is if your team doesn't want to go after Drednaw you can't really do anything to make up for it (unlike other Pokemon that can solo it at least reasonably).

Yeah but it's a pain in the ass that makes it completely pointless if you can't set it up before the game starts.

And even when you have all the voice settings disabled you can still get reported for inappropriate voice chat -_-
