If you're unable to pay rent, youd be perfectly capable to own a property.
Land lording is just a private tax the rich give to the poor as they artificially raise real estate prices. Ending the moratorium would be fair if the state had bothered to provide help. As is, the government I willingly let us fall into a massive recession when we're already facing a massive homeless crisis. People are going to die and it's on the hands of politicians. It's only a matter of time before people get angry and even the score.
