Speaker Pelosi and House Progressive Caucus members have said they won't advance the bi-partisan bill unless/until the more substantial $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill put forward by Senate Budget Committee Chairman Bernie Sanders passes the Senate, though Sen. Sinema has already indicated she objects to that price tag.
