Would you say the 20's interwar? the 30s, 40s?

Fallout has good Art Deco and it's well into the 50s, LA Noire is post-ww2, but I can't remember what year exactly (probably 1947)

Dick Tracy is in the 30s

In the 30s, around the time Rockefeller Center expanded.

Speaking of games, Im surprised you didnt mention Bioshock. Rapture is Art Dco down to the rivets.
