Giant Land is the best, but I'll toss my votes to Ice because it's actually pretty good too. Actually 4, 5 and 6 are the best levels.

I think I'm one of the few voting for Water Land. It's an interesting one for map layout that's stuck out in my mind. There's a lot of good ones though.
