Would you do it?

KO and submission only.

No weapons, no judges, no points. Crowd of 13,000 people and the winner gets $1 from each of their ticket costs (kids got in free)

She's legitmately trying her best.

Would you do it?

I mean, at least make it a scary chick, like Amanda Nunez or something. I'd still take the money and probably win against her, but she's put up a whole hell of a lot more of a fight than Brie Larson would.

Nunes is 145lbs and 5 foot 8.

Sure she's a total badass who can whoop nearly any girl in a fistfight, but against 220+pound 6 foot 3+ man?

Physics is a thing, biology is a thing. A lot of guys with no training would whoop her.

She walks around more at 170 and hits like a truck. Most of CE absolutely would get melted by her.

Against one of these hypothetical massive dudes, she could easily just pull guard and submit them.

CE maybe

But a large man?

Assuming they're not massively obese, they would kick her ass.

There's a reason why fights have weight and gender divisions. You're fooling yourself if you think Nunes can beat up a dude with longer reach who is 75 pounds heavier than her. That's just not accepting physics.

That's not a shot at Nunes, it's objective reality.

I got some training. So sure. She probably wouldn't be happy cause id probably go for what's called a jugular notch in my line of work. Two fingers crammed down behind that u shaped section between the collar bones. Its a fairly effective pressure point to take someone to their knees where taking to the ground will be a lot easier.

That fails I got other techniques and a little bit of wrestling expierence.

Training we get at work is weird. We just learn particular techniques from various schools of martial arts.i know ju jitsu is one of them. And there is just 1 muay Thai(sure I spelled that wrong) technique which is one of only 2 striking techiques we get taught cause we really aint supposed to be hitting inmates lol.

To be honest our training is a joke but I remember at least some of it. Mostly things involving pressure points

So? Said no rules I'll use what I know. Use it to get her down and use this ground technique we where taught that with a slight modification becomes a choke hold.

Two pressure point techiques I know are strikes. One if landed right is supposed to make it difficult to use their arm temporarily the other is supposed to make an drop as it involves a heavy knee strike to the nerve running through the thigh. I'm more confident in being able to land the latter.

Not really. I had to go through the training some of that shit hurts like a mfer. And I did use one to gain compliance once to handcuff a guy.

My job is dangerous our training is a joke in that we dont practice it enough imo. But they wouldnt teach bullshit when it could be what keeps us alive.

Only issue is some people are immune to certian pressure points. I had two even the instructos couldnt get to work on me. One partially cause everyone and their brother was sneak attacking people with it back in middle school so I was used to it lol

I'm assuming you haven't had even a fraction of these used on you.

Pressure points alone wont win a fight its about getting them in a position more beneficial for you to take control of the fight

i do jiu jitsu, Ive competed in A few tournaments- I absolutely know what Im talking about, these dont usually work because of all the adrenaline coursing through the body lol, theres a reason fighters like Marcelo opt for blood chokes instead of joint locks, because people can power out of them through sheer adrenaline

edit - OG and before you ask about my striking experience Ive done boxing on and off for a couple of years and I take MMA striking sometimes to complement my grappling

You edited your post while I was writing mine. And trust me a well placed juggular notch can bring someone down to atleast one knee. But the knee strike one is specifically designed to make the leg to numb long enough they go down. Hell cops have used said pressure point with batons. Just takes a quick sharp strike to that nerve with a baton. The knee strike requires a bit more force but it works

No the nerve plays apart. You dont have to swing like your going for a home run. I know a guy who had a cop do it to him. He said it wasnt so much it hurt but it was like he suddenly lost use of that leg for a few seconds.

Unrelated sorta but I just thought about this little female making this 6 ft 2 guy scream like a bitch with a pressure point technique. That one would be unlikely to get to use in a 1 on 1 fight though its more for pulling someone off of someone else

In this scenario, I am imagining that she is throwing down the gauntlet to anyone? (I don't really see her participating any other way. Unless her parents are being held hostage and she has been erroneously informed that I am the criminal mastermind, and beating me in a cage fight is the only way to get them back, but half way through the fight when we are smack-talking each other, she comes to realise that she has been duped. We then agree to team up to rescue her family. What are we talking about?).
