Huh. I've done a lot of work for Frito-Lay (I'm not associated with the company, I did contract work, only in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky)

I think it's telling that the unspoken alternative implied by this topic is that Frito-Lay should have lost untold amounts of money over this worker, even though it would not have brought them back to life and they didn't kill the worker intentionally.
