As we discussed CE we are going to all work together to get one of the teachers who lives in a house her parents bought her to date me so I can live there rent free

She's heavily into fitness. Like crazy about it. So we'll start by asking her to train me in the gymnasium and then enter the relationship

Can someone list the reasons this won't work?

I need to find her insecurities and use them to lower her self-esteem so she's more likely to date me

You never know what will happen.
there's part two of the plan where she'll tell everyone how perfect I am and she had to break up because she's leaving the country so really she'll be at fault while all the other women will be lining up to date me.

There are literally rules for the gym. One of which is 'you will not attempt to do any sort of crossfit exercise or workout'. Mainly because it's a high school and we don't want kids getting hurt

I can't wait to have the rent-free privilege.

In all truthful lowering her self esteem isn't fun when it's already at the bottom of life
