This is one of the rare Nicholas Cage movies that happens to be pretty good. You should give it a shot.

Nick Cage is actually a pretty good actor, he just takes a lot of shitty movie roles and then hams it up in those.

When he is trying and in something with good depth and story and he does a great job. Reminds me of Adam Sandler a trash level actor in his own movies, but you put him in Uncut Gems or Reign Over Me and he shows some real acting talent.
