On Wrestling Observer Live during a discussion about this weeks episode of NXT and the impending changes to the overall product, Bryan Alvarez said that he has heard from people in WWE who are telling him that the new NXT will be produced by Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard. Alvarez said, Like anything, anything can change, anything is possible but I talked a while ago about how were gonna have a new NXT. Its gonna be like the old NXT. I have heard from several people now that when they go back to live shows, this is going to be a Vince McMahon-Bruce Prichard production. I'm probably more sad about that wrestling death than like... any of them. Part of that is because I love Daffney but part of it is just knowing the circumstances too, it just sounds super sad. I know TNA's screw up was like 10 years ago now but I wouldn't be surprised if she never really got her life fully back in order after getting saddled with all those unpaid medical bills and being unable to perform for a long time. I actually remember reading something not long ago that opposite of Wrestlemania, heels tend to get cheered at Summerslam for some reason. Like, most of the top 10 loudest pops were heels winning or faces turning heel.
