Okay, I've actually been enjoying this. Possibly because I've been winning a lot. I really like using Venusaur after I unlocked. This thing is fucking nuts. Petal Dance is not only absurdly powerful, clears out groups (it utterly destroys that Combee swarm that shows up), requires no aim, and gives you a speed boost on top of everything. I've used it to run away from a losing fight to bumrushing a defenseless goal while the enemy team is occupied elsewhere.

Then you also get Giga Drain which restores health AND gives you a defense boost. I've won so many 1v1s I really shouldn't with this thing. Some poor Crustle thought it could take me on when I was at low health and still weak and unevolved, but Giga Drain combined with a Potion and using my goal's HP restore made me nearly unkillable. Venusaur can act like an offensive pusher, a goal defender, and a speedster that can respond to multiple events all in one.

works like league of legends p much. you can get mons with in game money or real money, cosmetics with real money, and items with in game money (items basically being runes if youre familiar with league)

The game softlocks whenever you put your switch to sleep and jump back in the game. At least on handheld.

Also just played against a turtling slowpoke in the botlane who just stepped up to try and steal kills on minions lol

I was a jungle main in League so I've just been going around on talonflame full clearing the jungle and being like 4 levels higher then everyone and winning for free it's been pretty great so far

I had a confusing moment though where we were leading soundly, then in the final moments of the match, several Pokes on the opposing team scored 100 point goals one after another in quick succession and ended up beating us by 300.

zapdos diff.

zapdos seems stupidly overtuned right now. im pretty sure getting zapdos invalidates the rest of what happened that game on its own

OK gengar with sludge bomb and hex is the most OP shit ive tried so far. this shit is braindead you get hex up every second when you land sludge bomb on them and it does crazy damage. its impossible to lose a 1v1 lol

aww yeah was playing 3-player with my brother & sister, nice to have a game she can play with us

even got a 3rd tv hooked up in the living room so we could all play the same, nice having a game our sister can play with us

into the night just teamed with my brother and man though it's hard to come back once you're being beaten as the victors just get stronger with levels... except for yeah Zapdos bulldozing. Though my last match I actually took out the enemy team with a Unite Attack after their took Zapdos, so they weren't able to overcome us with it.

I wish it was more clear how locking on works in this game. I mostly want it off entirely. It seems to work fine when I'm playing Zeraora but I had a game I had to play as A. Ninetales and it would sometimes decide to use my abilities on nearby minions. I tried turning all the aim assist and lock on things off in the settings and it didn't seem to help.

Yeah Ive had some problems where gengars hex will lock on to a target that seemingly has nothing to do with the fight going on. It's definitely a little wonky

Me: clearly holding the stick away from battle
Me: activating my dash ability (to run away)
Talonflame: *dashes into nearest enemy the opposite direction I have my stick held*

That is my one pet peeve so far. And I know you can use the right stick to aim your abilities, but even when you are doing it that way the area of effect that you have to drag into position will only slowly move from where it was trying to aim by default, so in the situation I'm describing you can either dash IMMEDIATELY, but in the wrong direction, or you can dash in the correct direction but it will take a full second to aim which is an eternity.

Yeah playing with all the 8 year olds in quick play that walk up and kill my jungle camps when I'm trying to level early game is frustrating. That's always the problem with MOBAs is other people :( I'll probably just grind ranked when I get home so I can start meeting up with all the people with MOBA experience instead of the 8 year olds
