Supposedly its Chrono Trigger influenced with a mechanic where you move enemies backwards and forwards through time during battles.

So yeah, general feeling so far:
Gorgeous game. Shit story and voice acting (I could not imagine playing this in front of another human being). Okay gameplay. Just went to boot it back up and my character does move. Apparently this glitch is common and you have to literally disconnect then reconnect your controller.
