i would live in orlando, tampa or close by. florida is unbearably hot in the summer but it's better than new york winters. florida wouldn't be my first choice, but it's a decent choice.

Though if i was forced to chose, Florida wouldnt be the top ten i can say that much.

Maybe California? if we allow for conditions that would prevent the question "Which US state would you like to live in" to end up with the answers being 50 different words for death.

I lived in florida for almost three quarters of my life. I wasn't born there and i haven't lived there in a few years though.

I'd probably move back if it weren't for florida probably going to be severely affected by climate change down the road.

IMO summers in the south are mildly worse than summers in the north. Winters in the north are worse.

Winters in the south are amazing, though. It's that week or two of perfect weather in early spring/late summer , but for months.

Yes, unfortunately.
Great weather and beaches to stay active and in shape but that's about it.
It's still a better place to be in than South Carolina. That's some seriously ignorant and backwards shit out there.
