agesboy 09/15/21 10:32:05 PM #401:	about a year or so ago i replayed vesperia and controlled patty the entire time, she's monstrously good if you control her (probably the best in the game controlled barring maybe judith) and have the right skills set for instant/permanent critical mode, and a one trick support bot if you don't (shes still good but if you don't disable 95% of her abilities she's gonna act weird most of the time). super versatile when controlled; spamming her support spell to continuously stop time over and over is HILARIOUS narratively she still kind of fits with ~~aifread's relationship to alexei, which is one of the earlier hints that alexei is the biggest bad~~ but i do see why some people don't like her inclusion if they've played the 360 version first... but my first was the ps3 version anyways --- https://imgur.com/LabbRyN raytan and Kana are on opposite ends of the Awesome Spectrum. <cite>agesboy posted [p:958098092] in Anime, Man... YoukaiSlayer 09/23/21 7:50:47 PM #416:	Season is ending and I'm wrapping up shows. Finished off tsukimichi and dragon maid today. They were both highlights in a pretty weak season. I'm sad there won't be another of each one next week. Also finished off slime yesterday. A very weak season for it but it did at least pick up in the last 2 episodes and ended on a decent note. I think I just have the last episode of realist hero this weekend and about 6 episodes of villainess to catch up on and then the season will be over. I liked Tsukimichi better. It gave me Slime vibes, though I prefer slime. The ending was a complete non ending though. Feels like there should just be another episode next week. Fortunately a season 2 was announced. This week's kingdom though, man it was over in an instant. Felt like actually 2 minutes. I had to make sure the video didn't corrupt or something because it just didn't feel like that could have possibly been 20 minutes. Kingdom still great though, still loving it. I enjoyed how they gave more screen time to the other characters, but I was expecting there to be more resolution to Ilulu's story, or more Ilulu in general, but there just isn't. Her past doesn't catch up to her in any way like Tohru's does. I know it's typical for slice of life to end with drama but I never felt Dragon Maid did that particularly well compared to it's comedy, and the last 2 episodes where among the weakest in my opinion for that reason.
