The Military will NOT prosecute Trailer Trash Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher again after he ADMITTED to willingly kill an ISIS detainee despite being acquitted by a military jury AND Trump for his war crimes in 2017 when he posed with a teen's dead body after slitting his throat!!

Dailymail has learned from Commander Courtney Hilson, assistant chief of information for the US Navy said they reviewed the matter and will not pursue further action

Meanwhile Gallagher is now gloating on his "kill" to the world after writing a book about his experience and will will his "truth" to the whole thing and went on Sean Hannity to promote his book while telling the Fox News Host he was "demonized" for doing his job..which is to kill with NO MERCY

He was facing charges of shooting unarmed civilians and murdering a 17 y/o ISIS prisoner when he went into an enclosure where the teen was being treated and repeatedly stabbed him before slitting his throat and then dragging his body out to take a photo of his "trophy"

He was found not guilty of the teen's death which was ruled a "hellfire missile"

He told Hannity "The grain of truth in the whole thing is that that ISIS fighter was killed by us and that nobody at the time had a problem with it. We killed that guy. Our intention was to kill him. Everybody was on board. It was to do medical scenarios on him until he died and i finished the job. Now i'm being demonized for a job the american people paid me to do and i did it with honour"

The Navy said after further review his statements were not corroborated and no substantive informaton was found to merit an investigation

Now he's telling his side of the story in "The man in the arena" which includes QR codes in courtroom audio where his former military soldiers said he killed a prisoner of war in brutal fashion and was THREATENING them if they told his superiors.

Gallagher said "The media decided to portray me in one way. made me look like a psychopath, a warmonger for actually wanting to do my job. I wanted to get the truth out there and just show the public that these people cobbled together a case out of a bunch of white lies which then escalated to even bigger lies so the prosecutors could try to get a win which 50% of that was not reported."

His heifer wife said she knew the allegations were untruthful to her "heroic husband"

Gallagher said they merely practiced MEDICAL PROCEDURES on the kid until he died but then claims he DIDN'T stab him but that the kid died from his injuries and was gonna "die anyway". He said "I mean, he was going to die, regardless. We weren't taking any prisoners"

When asked why he cut the airway into the fighter's throat to insert a brathing tube, he said "Just for practice. I was practicing to see how fast i could do one in"

His platoon however said he was "freaking evil, toxic and trigger happy" and was not the innocent man he claims.

Donald Trump cheered on his acquittal and met with him and his wife and said he was a true american patriot

He may get away with murder but he is still a murderer. That will take its toll on him, even if he never recognizes it.

He could be tried for other murders. I remember his squad mates said this wasn't his first murder. Just the one that he got charged for. Supposedly he had a history of killing innocent non combatants. Like using a sniper rifle to kill an old man walking down a road

The victim in this was basically a non combatant. He was a kid and he possibly was mentally disabled but the story I read was that his dad forced him to live with ISIS and he never committed any crimes against US soldiers

Not commenting on this specific case, but if a murderer goes free because of a wrong court verdict in the past, for whatever reason, then that countries justice system is fundamentally broken.

I dont believe in stuff like karma, but causing harm to another person, any kind of violence, causes trauma to a person. Sometimes theyre the type to never show that pain outwardly, but it takes its toll.

Except it's not. The feature literally exists to prevent governments from continually trying a person until they get a conviction and making a mockery of the system. It was always known that some guilty people would go free in order to prevent rampant abuse within the system that would lock up countless innocent people and remove any justice from the justice system.

The thing is the US has an actual flaw in the system that could be used to punish him down the road, namely the fact that if he's charged with another crime people may use that opportunity to punish him for something he previously did. Kind of like how they didn't get OJ the first time, but he went to prison for taking back his stuff which he might not have done if he didn't get away with murder earlier.

Re-reading it, there's some ambiguity, although his talk of "I finished the guy" certainly makes it sound like he killed an enemy POW... or, if you'd hear Shark tell it, he just killed him because of his race since apparently race is all that matter to Shark. (Seriously, wtf?)

Im wondering where the allegations that the kid was mentally disabled are coming from. Because interviews with his family dont even mention it, which I think would be a huge factor if true.

Eddie Gallagher is an enormous piece of shit, but I dont really know what the point of even worrying about this is given the sheer amount of crimes it sounds like he was involved in.

but having served with guys that witnessed similar shit its not like hes going to get convicted of that stuff either.

If you read the post even his platoon called this guy a evil, toxic, and trigger happy. In the military most of the time they have each other's backs but this guy must have been above and beyond insane to get that type of reputation.

I also will point out the world has laws against killing prisoners in cold blood really, even if this kid was the mastermind behind ISIS which he is not once you take him as a prisoner you can't just decide to execute him.
