Less people than pre 20th century in the US are becoming wealthy who weren't born wealthy

And the minority who do tend to be upper middle class 6 figure earners becoming 7.

The American Dream of being penniless and becoming rich due to hard work is less accessible now than it used to be

Europe, Japan, NZ, Canada, Australia are better American dreams than the US

TC what is the point in having two topics about making money? In one topic you are talking about that people who earns less than $200 per day should quit their job and now there is this topic?

I think the issue does lie with people being uncomfortable with losing money, they'd rather spend it than lose it X% of the time investing it especially given long term vision is just not a thing for the majority of people, they all want instant gratification

Why dont poor people simply make tons of money on the stock market? Are they stupid or lazy, or both?

I don't know anything about stocks and I don't know anything about crytpo. As for real estate I don't have the kind of money to buy a property, most property cost in the 200,000.

Then there is the risk of scammers.
