Assuming there's 50 million unvaccinated people and the $1500 bribe worked on all of them you're looking at spending $75 billion to enact your "not rocket science" plan.

I can understand hesistancy by black people given the way some earlier vaccines were tested.

But at some point (right around when you ignore your own doctor) it gets a little ridiculous.

I would say the groups of people that aren't vaccinated are pseudo-intellectuals, morons, neurotic folk, and people with trust issues.

Also probably some people who just don't care.

Each group having some level of overlap between the others.
