I played it on PS3 and it crashed a bunch of times.

I'm sure I would love to play NV with mods, and will likely do so someday. But unlike Skyrim, Fallout 4, and the other contemporary Bethesda-style open world games, I can still return to NV and enjoy it perfectly fine without mods.
