Year after year, time after time, DSP has managed to sucker his fans out of thousands of dollars due to "emergencies".

And they are none the wiser for it. It's almost sad, in an insanely comical way.

I'm sure he wasn't aware that the Twitch money was coming and I'm sure he didn't find out until after his 3,000 dollar goal marathon had run its course.

Does Youtube actually ban people for saying that word now? Considering the music and stuff that goes up on there, I imagine they don't, but will actually demonetize it, though. I watched the clip and it definitely sounds like he said the word in question, so I guess he's temporarily banned for a week.

Remember that it's not Phil's fault that he's banned. It was an error and an unjust ban on part of Twitch.

Not to mention how he's violated tos on a near daily basis for years now with little heard from twitch, yet his mouth visibly malfunctioning in a way where it's clear he's not even trying to say the gamer word gets a suspension in an hour. Dude should unironically use this as an excuse to hop ship to youtube like he should have back when twitch cut him last month, that would be a time when the clock is right twice a day.

I really think that's an exaggeration is violating terms of service on a daily basis. Skirting around the rules? Sure, but if you want to listen to his sob stories and donate that's on them and not really violating anything. He is as tame as they come nowadays

Violating the terms of his contract, yes. There is a specific rule for partners that they can't put their content on any other site in the first 24 hours, but DSP was doing this for years. How he got away with doing this for as long as he did is definitely something that should be questioned, but he did.

This asshole got depaetneres for constantly brraking the ToS, then lied about not knowing the reason and not getting paid anymore (even though that is already debunked) and NOW he is angry at Twitch and going to transition to Youtube, even though he said dozens of times he would do that.

Just watched that. It's insane. Literally got hundreds of dollars in superchat and still insisted that his "reward" to his fans of him wearing a vest wouldn't be given until he got 100 dollars specifically in tips.

I continuously get surprised at how disgusting he can be. "Waaah with superchats I won't get paid until a specific day of the month, like this is some sort of job or something. I won't tolerate that. Tip me, you bitch!"

Phil is mixing up hateful speach with racism. You can engage in hateful speach without using racial slurs. Just because you don't use the N word or R word, doesn't mean you are not a toxic piece of shit. How often does he not call people mentally ill for example.

His "demands" are fucking hilarious. He really believes that some small time channel, with barely 300 concurrent viewers has any kind of leverage on a multi million dollar company like Twitch.

There doesn't need to be an investigation. Just load up ANY video on Youtube from the last 4-5 years since he streamed on Twitch and sooner rather than later, you'll find some hateful speach. Sure it'd be funny if someone made a compilation, but all the evidence has been documented already.

The fact that he expects a public appology from Twitch over HIS toxic behavior just shows how out of touch with reality he actualy is. He honestly believes that Twitch is worse off without him.

I agree that other than a few slip ups, he hasn't been racially incensitive.

But it would be really hard to argue that he is not a hatefilled person harbouring a toxic community. He calls people mentally ill daily, talks about things that are suposedly illigal and on more on one occoasion he shit talks about Twitch itself.

Now I am not particularly fond of Twitch, and how they enforce their rules nor how they communicate them. But everyone knows you don't bite the hand that feeds you.
