It's just talking until you sleep together. Then you are officially sleeping together and a label may or may not be applied.

Just depends? Lol. How do you expect a concrete answer to this. My girlfriend and I were acquaintances for half a year, friends for half a year, then kinda both revealed that we liked each other and got together right away. Different for every relationship

My pattern:

1) Meet/connect
2) Talk/chat for a little less than a week
3) Meet up/go on a date
4) Continue meeting up/dating/flirting/talking for about a month
5) Prompt the conversation of being in a relationship/going steady

I was talking to my wife for about three days before we were sleeping together and considered ourselves in a relationship

You can make it happen as quick as possible if you establish it the moment you meet a woman.

You: "Hey, nice to meet you, i'm Derolin! I think it would be nice if we talked for 3 days and then have sexual intercourse with each other."

Polite yet straight to the point.

I mean weve already met up 3 times since our first date on 4/30 lol thought I shouldve mentioned that. But I still consider this the talking stage cause Ive been here a gazillion times but never in an actual relationship and idk what other label apples.

No sex yet, just a couple make out sessions

As I reads it, y'all are literally dating. Not boyfriend/girlfriend, nor exclusive relationship. The latter only happens after a proposal and agreement. Sure, one day she might just start calling you "her boyfriend" but it's good to be on the same page about what the role entails and the responsibilities therein like hanging out with family (or meeting them in general) or discussions about exclusivity and making sure neither one of you are also dating anyone else.

As for when to have "the talk" -- there is no set guideline. For me it's about a month net because by then I know I want to keep this person in my life (or realize we don't click suffuciently, and also act accordingly instead of dragging it out). For some people this is <2 weeks, and for others it's >2 months.

If she's unsure about being yo' GF, while you are sure, that's fine for now, and y'all can keep doing what y'all are doing. If she's still unsure after 3+ months, whelp...

Setting expectations are peoples biggest mistake with this stuff. Just let it be what it is and if it feels like more, take the leap or decide you're not ready and don't. There is no clock to reference
