Cant wait for new waifu Eula. I have all her mats farmed up and ready to go so of course Im going to get Qiqi spooked!

Cant decide on a weapon for her though. Prototype Animus or snow tomb? Im tempted to just buy the BP claymore too. Or maybe the black cliff.

Like a week left on Zhongli's banner, would rather get another so he's at C1 than get Eula...

The one big hole in my roster is cryo DPS. Is she a good cryo-applicator? Because I know she is more of a non-elemental DPS.

I only have about 4k primos after trying to get zhongli sucked me dry. I may wait for actual eula reviews to see if I want to take a shot at pulling.

No. She's terrible for Cryo.

The best cryo damage are (in order)

1. Ganyu
2. Kaeya
3. Rosaria

That said each have their quirks and oddities. Kaeya and Rosaria damage is similar enough that you can use whoever you want. Kaeya is slow + more cryo damage & less physical damage and Rosaria is faster + larger hitboxes but can't apply cryo as well.

If the only thing you care about is applying the status for a melt comp, then use Chongyun.

Am I the only one who thinks Heart of Depth's 4-piece set bonus is fucking amazing on basically any elemental DPS character with a fast CD elemental skill (Ningguang for example)

I wish Mona's main attacks weren't so comically weak. I really would like to use her, but her Ult is basically her only useful skill (E is sometimes OK I guess)

At C2 her normal attacks spawn free charged attacks.

She needs a lot of work even with C2 to really work as a main DPS unfortunately. And even if you pull it off the rest of her kit is still very much designed around quickswapping.

He's fun, but in terms of raw DPS he falls short of other DPS characters. That might change if the electro buff is good.

If you do use him, he's one of the best candidates in the game for the new pale flame artifact set.

Btw any character that scales off defense or HP has a very big benefit from actually being leveled to 90. Attack-only characters like Venti benefit from the ascension itself but it's extremely cost inefficient to level him to 90.

Nice thing about her is that her C6 ATK boost based on her DEF doesn't rely on her burst, it's applied to her charged attacks. Stamina drain would therefore become problematic... assuming, of course, that we will not receive any further increases to Stamina in future updates when Mihoyo gets off their collective ass and releases Inazuma.

I'm in the process of doing this right now because she has a pretty decent shield that cleanses like Diona and is a good pyro applicator for melt/vaporize. The biggest problem is there's literally nothing useful for charged attacks in terms of sets. 4pc BC is a complete joke. I'm probably just gonna take her to 80 and stop tho.

I don't think she's going to be a good cryo applicator and will mainly a main physics oriented dps. She'll pair well with fischl for superconduct since she can use her e frequently.

But this brings up something I've been thinking about. We really don't get very many support characters and most of the ones we have were available on release the only exceptions being Diona,Albedo and Zhongli. We've been getting tons of main dps though. Hope they give us more pure supports

if you want to pair eula with fischl for superconduct damage just save your primos and pair fischl with chongyun :)

Her tap skill increases her resistance to interruption and defense. (30% DEF, then 60% DEF, long buff duration, short cooldown).
Her hold skill consumes the tap buff and reduces the surrounding enemies' Phys+Cryo RES (-25% RES at lv10, short duration).
Her burst increases interruption resistance and accumulates stacks every time Eula attacks enemies.
Once it time outs or once Eula leaves the field, the burst will consume all stacks and deal massive physical damage.

Now here's the scary part about Eula. Her burst stacks 30 times, at lv6 deals 343.84% on use, 533.5% base damage on Lightfall, and each stack is 109% damage.
109%x30 is 3270%. And 533.5% base.
3803.5% physical damage once her stacks get consumed. Add to that the base cryo damage.
Note that she also reduces enemy resistance by 25% and has easy access to superconducting for -40% physical RES reduction.

So yeah, as far as I remember, Eula has the most insane burst damage multiplier in the game and has access to huge damage resistance reduction.
Just saying, I only listed the lv6 talent scaling. At lv10 it's 148,24% per stack. At lv13 it's 188,43% per stack. Let that sink in.

Superconduct isn't used for damage, it's for the -40% physical resistance

C1 = +30% phys dmg buff from her hold skill when it eats stacks
C2 = Hold skill cooldown reduced to tap skill's cooldown?
C3 = +3 levels burst talent
C4 = +25% damage on her burst stacks if enemy has less than 50% HP
C5 = +3 levels skill talent
C6 = Her burst starts at 5 stacks. All her attacks have a 50% chance to grant an additional stack.
.
So yeah. If Eula releases with the same damage multipliers, she will be completely insane.

Whiteblind R5 is amazing, but it's kinda annoying you have to build 4 stacks BEFORE using her burst. I always forget it, because she's my switch out dps / shield / healer
