I don't read comics but I've seen the Justice League Cartoon and all of the other shows, so I am familiar with the mythos of alot of these characters

but this was exciting because I don't think Superboy was ever covered in these kinds of shows, huh?

So I was very interested

the first season was standard fare
Oh geez you guise! Teenagers with hormones

oh noes its time to the dance while maintaining a secret life!

Status Quo stuff

but MAN, the show PRETTY MUCH forgets everything come season 2

Since this show is basically Teen Titans without saying it, my biggest hope was the addition of Blue Beetle And Static

MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN Did I GET BLUE BEETLE!

Static was still sidelined, and it sucked he was shoved to the side, but at least he joined the team at the end

The show just has a weird feeling. Its sorta...not whole sometimes? Everything is moving and the characters are being shuffled around, it just didn't feel like it was anchored. at least to me. I know the show does have a Status Quo, but it just feels like its always changing, so does that make it not one?

Season 1 and 2 are just so different and well, as corny as it is, S1 was nice because of the familiarity and themes

S2 was great, don't get me wrong

so yea, monkey paw time

The show was like "Oh..you wanted an electric black guy? Well fuck you heres Black Lightning"

It felt like season 3 was actively being a dick to me

The season just didn't do it for me. The plot was pretty damn crazy, I'll give you that.
Beast Boy going one on one with Granny was surprisingly cool
but it felt like either they were focusing on the "wrong" things (subjective I know)
or it felt like there was too much missing
I would've liked to see more of what was going on with "Batman Inc" honestly. There was alot of heroes there I didn't recognize

but like I said, make way for Bug Man
okay, I'm being hard on them, they were interesting, but I just..didn't want them!

EVEN AT THE END, When the Outsiders were the only hope left, ONLY CYBORG WENT TO SPACE. Oh and "Static was unavailable"

Ughhhh

considering this Season was the big comeback, I just didn't like the direction

Give me BB, Static, Cyborg, and Vibe as their own team

Especially the evil attack that only affects meta humans but then is shown affecting normal humans and aliens.
