The guy is the 1 or 2 richest people in the world, it's not like that's an insignificant proposition that's easy to ignore. People following his lead and putting their trust in him based on pure hype rather than actual results could take us to some dangerous places. There's still a ton of market growth for electric vehicles, but I think his involvement with Tesla has been a positive, at least for propelling their adoption rate forward.
