First thing in gonna say is that he promised to get the vaccine out there and he kept that promise.

With that said, wont address the public. In addition to that, I feel like the only things hes doing is to restrict or ban things. Thats not why we put him in power. Nobody asked him to ban mail order vape. Nobody asked him to clean house and fire everyone who smoked marijuana. In fact, the vast majority of the nation has been very vocal for decades about legalizing it. Hes trying to put restrictions on what we can eat and our second amendment.

He gets top marks for the vaccine, but not necessarily for the virus itself. He needs to address governors and put pressure on these red states to handle the virus better.
