I've played the crossbell games in Japanese and I played Zero with the Geofront localization after. I compared it to Nisa though because if an official localization happens, it will most likely be Nisa doing it. Not that I think its necessary, anyone wanting to play these games will likely have already played the Geofront versions by then and the official translation won't be that much better if at all. Anyway, anyone holding out for official localization, please don't. Geofronts translations are very good and Ao is the best game in this series of incredible games. Also the Steam release of them is happening in China and Korea later on this year. NIS could have the Japanese license like they have Ys 8's Switch license in Japan.
