Voted FFVII Remake, but KH is the real wildcard here with its numbering formats. For all we know we'll have like 3.1, 3.V, sqrt(15) all before we get to a proper IV.

FF XVI has been in the works for some time.

People honestly think the FF7 Remake series is not going to end?

XVI is fairly far along from what I understand. So it pretty much has no business being in the poll. Should have just done XVII or something.

I get FFXV took a literal decade to release but FFXVI seems like it's not that far off.
I'd say the finale of FFVIIR because we don't even know how many parts it'll have but then we also don't know how many spinoffs they'll create before a literal KH4 --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

FFXVI is being headed by the people that reboted FF14 from a absolute failure into a cash cow in only a few years, so even if FFXVI doesn't live up to expectations, it will come out in a reasonable time frame.

Midgar is a huge chunk of the game in terms of story and dialogue. It's much denser than the rest of the game, not to mention all the extra padding they added. It won't take 20 years to finish.

Yeah I do not expect for a second that they give the rest of the game the same level of detail they did Midgar. Besides possibly the Gold Saucer, there's no other areas I can think of that desperately need fleshing out the same way.
KH4 I'm not even sure we're going to get. I think there's honestly a good chance they drop the numbering, first of all, but also since they wrapped up an "arc" I'm not really sure if the new normal for the series is going to resemble the old mainline vs hopping around different styles like the spinoffs after 2 did. Yeah, the pacing will be very different from the original. Midgar went from being streamlined to open, and I expect the rest of the game to go from being open to being more streamlined.
