Based off my fuzzy memories I'm inclined to go with cis for Kamatari but jump in if I'm wrong there; it's been a hot minute since I Kenshin'D, and 90s anime was not known for LGBT+ sensitivity or nuance so I suspect it's one of those that is officially no but could very easily be argued yes. >_>

I believe the character was supposed to be transgender but 90s so instead they get treated as a gay crossdresser. Both he and she gets used for the character by people who would know so *shrug*

For the record Oda made the character and said they are part of the inspiration for including the Okama characters in One Piece who are definitely transgender.

Tiger Mask promotes the Metal Brothers and Gorilla Jeet Singh (aka all the FA wrestlers associated with them) as well as Awesome Kong because she seemed to fit both the pop scale and the puroresu-ness and I think I have literally all the female wrestlers from the show. Blaseball is waaaaay out of date lol, was just thinking about that. Currently the reps are Jessica Telephone and I think an ump and "Blaseball Commissioner" so one option is to just leave it and it'll be obvious it's from a certain time

also Blaseball really really really makes me want to run some sort of forum game with similar levels of chaos and puns and emergent narrative/gameplay, but ain't nobody got time for that, but that is a potential project that is percolating in my brain.
