Get swole first, then refine your eating so that you lose belly. Getting swole makes it harder to stay fat

Working out should relieve this kind of thing, I'd suspect you are doing your exercises with shrugged shoulders

Try to keep your shoulders as far away from your ears as possible the entire movement

I've never gotten a headache the day after from a work out. Usually if I get one it's only from dehydration or something that day.

The other parts it depends what it is. If it's standard muscle fatigue/DOMS I just deal with it. If it's a real pain I try to figure out what I'm doing incorrectly and correct it. That sentence is giving me flashbacks to my days of behind the back OHP and all of the unnecessary pain it caused me.

I'm using a 10lbs dumbbell only. I do about 25 reps & 3 sets. Then 25 pushups of 2 sets.

I'm waiting mid-month in May to do crunches cause situps I think messed up my stomach and I got bad pain.

I have a 20lbs dumbbell also which I don't plan to use until late summer.

I'll keep that shoulder tip in mind. I typically keep my back fairly straight.

Very common for people to do pushups with shrugged shoulders

Do you do any pulling movements? Rows? Pullups? Only doing pulling will give you upper back pain as well

I'd add bent over dumbbell rows to your routine. As it is you're not working the largest muscles in your upper body and you're giving yourself "hunchback" posture. The aches are just a symptom of this

Last year and prior years when I did lightwork outs I'm sure I was doing bad forms especially only using a 20lbs dumbbell. I've downsized for something I can work with better. I'm only 5'6 and 120lbs. 20lbs is kinda a struggle. I need a workout partner, but I don't wanna pay someone at a gym <_<

With such limited equipment and experience, you may want to look into bodyweight routines. That might be a better option for you.

Week in review:
Diet went poorly. Work drained me again this week so doordash was used repeatedly with my overtime money. I was a little more mindful than usual and didn't overorder too bad though. Down 1 lb for the week.

Workouts also were rough. I did a cycle off of pre-workout because I realized I didn't have any on my Tuesday workout and figured I was due. So workouts were a slog but I hit all my standard numbers. So not too bad. Just tiring.

Weighed in at 182.8 this morning. I was fluctuating there for a while, weighed as low as 177 and as high as 189 but I've evened out now. I'll post a graph later maybe to show but overall I'm pleased with my progress a few weeks in to cutting.
