Same, I order from Amazon although I go for unflavored NOW whey just because I'm wary of too many artificial sweeteners affecting gut bacteria (probably not a big deal though, I get ON chocolate whey sometimes when I feel like it).

Week in review:
Down 1 lb even though my diet was not great. I'm gonna chalk it up to natural fluctuations in weight but it's definitely better than gaining. I'll take it.

Also definitely time to graduate to a higher weight on my dumbell bench. Second week in a row where I've been at that point and squeezed out an extra rep over last week on my final set. If I actually eat according to my diet it will most likely be difficult. I'm at least going to attempt it though. The dream of getting stronger while losing weight hasn't been a thing for me in a long while. I'd like to at least attempt it. I've added weight on my one arm version and my volume days already, but those are easier to manage.

Got back to the gym for bench today after reinjuring my labrum tear from last week. No pain no gain. Although no military press again for me. After my injury last week I was pretty depressed and ate a ton of bad food but I was able to run 13 miles in 5 days to keep my cardio level good. Now that crap feel better foods out of my system and I can get rolling again.

Looked a lot more at form for my trap bar deadlifts and realized I had a shit form which is why I felt so weak doing them.

After fixing my form I felt substantially stronger during the lifts.

Today is bench, OHP and biceps for the galmor muscles.

186.6 today. That's 4 weigh ins above my starting weight of 185.0

Going to keep eating big through the end of this cycle of 5/3/1 but then it's time for a cut. Going to aim to retain as much muscle as possible so probably going to try to lose about 15-20 pounds in 4-5 months

ran 2 miles, did 8 min abs, did 6x20 8x30 8x35 8x40 8x45 8x50 single dumbell squats today

then pull my leg playing with my dog reaching for his toy -___- it doesnt seem too bad and i need to take a break from running for a little while anyway, ive done 15 miles this week which is probably a lot after not running for 6 months/dieting for 3

i do think i get small injuries more from lack of calories. but sadly im stuck eating about 1200 a day rather than 1600 or so cuz of financial issues. really need that 3rd stimulus to be mailed lol...was supposed to have been mailed 4 days ago so heres hoping it comes at some point.

OHP day today, I haven't been making as much progress as I'd like but today was ok. Got 125x2 and almost got three... If I'd done a little push I could have gotten it up but I want to strict press it

Getting pretty close to a PR here. It really makes me think... I must have been real into benching back in the day. My squat and deadlift are a PR every cycle and my OHP is almost there. But I've benched at least 40 pounds more than I am now

I went to the gym but my dog had some blood in his poop again so I came home and that killed the workout mood and timing I have so I'm gonna go tomorrow hopefully.

He probably has colitis so he's fine. He is acting normally.

It's hard to tell without knowing everything about the situation, but I've had similar situations from overdoing it on cardio/not hydrating enough. Threw up from it a couple of times. If your workout was really intense for you then it might be that.

If that's it, then your body getting used to it/drinking enough water solves everything.

Week in review:
Diet was horrendous. Up three pounds. Right about back where I was 4 weeks ago.

Lifts were great. It's the first Saturday that I haven't had to work in like a month so today's workout went much smoother.

Graduated to 90 lbs on dumbell bench but failed the take off on the last set. My form for it was off but even if I got it up there it would've been a huge struggle. Instead I knocked off 5 lbs and it wasn't an issue. Still 2 sets of 6 isnt bad...okay one set of 6 and one set of 5 1/2. Most likely next week I won't have any problem. Everything else I ran the same on weight but managed an extra rep or two.

Been adding some light weight direct bicep work as a superset. I'll see how my elbows hold up. I'm working with 10 lbs so even if something starts to go wrong, I feel like I can just stop without causing too much damage.
