I 100% agree with her on the bullshit semantics arguments that people get pulled into when trying to talk about stuff.

You see it all the time even on CE. People will be talking about an issue and someone will come in and start arguing the terms people are using are incorrect or go on a weird rabbit hole about "Well what does X actually mean?" while ignoring every single point that was being discussed.

There was a great example of this a while back about the discussion over whether women born with biologically male bodies should be allowed in womens sporting leagues. People were posting hard science data about the record breaking results of transgender athletes, study after study after study detailing how things like muscle mass/size/power/bone density and the amount of pain receptors can't be equalized by hormone treatment.

And then shockthemoney runs in and declares the entire conversation invalid because he's determined that the word "Transgender" is deeply offensive.

And people bit.

Another great example on CE is that amazing topic about Joe Biden ending the transgender ban and Esrac runs in and says he approves of the ban because if Transgenders join the military they will all commit suicide and he just cares about transgenders too much to let that happen so they just have to be banned

It's just very intentional and bad faith attempts to divert the conversation away from something that is problematic for them and into a new rabbit hole were they can argue nonsense.

Not enough people talk about this and it's a super serious issue in terms of discourse. It's even worse on News programs and social media.

Hell "I'm concerned the capitol rioters were enabled by BLM's riots earlier this year" is something you hear all the damn time.

I thought Dumbledore was gay before she "outed" him.

Maybe not the films but there are a ton of hints in the books. When he looks in the mirror but refuses to say what he saw, his incredibly weird relationship with that Wizard who he lived with, loved so much he originally refused to fight then tracked down halfway across the world to kill.

I 100% believe Dummy was always gay and there was just no place in a kids book to drop that info in that wouldn't be out of place.

Buck is a "transmedicalist" a trans person who only counts people who has fully transitioned as transexials. Some people see CP platforming him as her agreeing with him. Those people are wrong.

Ah, well that is an issue then I agree. Not the best of people to have on even for a minor role. From a brief look into it, it was her director who suggested Buck to her without being aware of his views. I couldn't see anything that says what her views on that issue is but regardless having him on isn't good even if she doesn't agree.

Mr. Plinket, Jimsquistion, AVGN, etc are fine. She's just prententious and incredibly condescending and not an ironic way and I can tell that by the next 5 minutes I watched. Sure as hell not giving it an hour and a half.
