Any protein. The photo on the container is no indication that you will become very muscular. You actually have to work very hard to do that.

You can get plain unflavored whey protein in bulk at a lot of grocery stores that have bulk aisles.

ya, I was more complaining about advertising in that case

Is Whey protein the most bio-available protein? 'cuz it IS what is most available locally, but there aren't really many alternatives. There is VEGA which is some sort of vegetable protein but it tastes awful... like they chewed up celery and carrots and then vomited it into a desiccator.

I like the brand Trutein. It's low calorie and has three protein types in it including egg white protein. Their flavors are very good too.

I searched it and it's not available in Canada.... but I wish it was cuz the default flavour was "Cinnamon Bun"! :D

Ok, I got some AllMax whey protein since it was the cheapest...

$33 (cnd) for 2 lbs (907g) and the mix is 30g protein per 55g serving.

Actually have to juice to look like that. I power lift and I eat multiple lbs of chicken a day and I don't look like that.

Roids are way more prevalent than people think and it creates really unrealistic body standards. The fact that people don't lift because they're afraid they're going to look freakish is really just sad
