I dropped a table on my foot back in September. It ended up turning black and blue until about two weeks ago. Then it started looking normal but Thursday morning there was puss coming out of it. I went to a walk in clinic and they numbed up my toe and cut off the toe nail. He put some black stuff on it to stop the bleeding and said Id feel better. I did until the numbness wore off. Now it hurts real bad and its all black and gross around where the nail was. I can barely stand up in the morning, yesterday I fell over when I stood up from the pain. Im soaking my foot in epsom salt and taking my antibiotics. Any advice for
the night? Going to the walk in again in the morning

I slammed a door on my toe and completely destroyed the nail. The little that was left eventually just came off completely leaving me with just no toenail. The doctor didn't remove it but they applied some disinfectant and said to just let the nail fall off on its own.

4 months in and you are still having problems says there is something more serious going on, like a compartment hemorrhage. Go to a different doctor.

Have had both big toe nails removed due to ingrown nails. Was 16 when had them both done, turn 40 in like 2 weeks.

They used this freeze stuff (looked like a tazer) to numb the toe and then he dug at it, pulled out the whole nail and killed the roots so it won't ever regrow.

Wild part is he told me nomatter how perfect they place the freeze stuff in my big toes that sometimes ill have no feeling in them. To this day I still get random times where my toes get no feeling at all.

Well I guess it was infected pretty bad, so that explains the pain.

My dr also said not to listen to anything gamefaqs user @thronedfire2 says, beer is actually good for you
