Are you like super muscular with no body fat? lol no you don't need be single digit body fat to be in 32 inch waist. When I was 180lbs, 32 was a perfect fit for me. Maybe a little tight for some jeans. Dropping to 170s was even better and fit perfectly. I'm now 165 and its too big for me. Even with my belt buckles it feels loose a little for some jeans. Height is one thing, but body fat over muscle compositions matters though of course, as well as what areas you get fat the most. If you get fat fast on your waist and stomach over other areas, it's going to make a huge difference. I was probably 20% body fat at 180s. I'm probably 12-15% at 165 right now. --- Less is more.
