What part of the country?

Here in KC mine is averaging around $220/month which I feel is overpriced for an apartment.

NC. Usually like $30-40 in the winter (gas is separate for heat). Around $80-90 in summer if I'm around. I'm usually out of state in the summers, so it's more like $5.

$0.00
My landlords cover electricity and water. My rent is slightly higher than the average building here (~$800 / mo instead of ~$700 / mo) but considering my energy consumption habits I think that's a fair trade.

60$ in winter. used to be 45$.
it was due to the heaters.

if i tried to use the one on the wall. makes bill go to 90$.

as soon as it begins warming up i won't have to use the heater anymore. probably just be the AC again.
plenty of time to get a new FAN small one kinda sucks.
