Well, there's not much reason to advance at AR45 right away since you've just unlocked the artifact domains anyway, and that's the main draw. You'll get slightly worse drops from Boreas, but that's about it.

Curiously, the main reason I advanced my world level is because I was initially grouping with Swifty and two of his friends on the artifact domains and didn't want to be barred from joining their game. (At least that was true at AR50. I don't remember AR45.)

They did it for books and now its time they let you choose your artifact rewards. Like just which set you want since you still have to fight all the RNG. If I could just pick ice all the time it might cut down my pain by 25%

Feels like it is gonna take forever for the new content to get here, but we've got less than a week to go.

I want to see how much I can get my Ganyu built up before the new stuff hits. Should be able to get her to 80 with respectable-ish talents. Artifacts will likely still suck, but when is that not the case?

Apparently the current dream team for freeze is Ganyu/Mona/Venti/Diona. I lack the cat, but the core of the team is the former ones, the last slot is mostly flex options. I'm less certain about what I wanna put there.

I finally got a tolerable Crimson Witch flower for Diluc (Atk%, Crit Rate, Crit Damage), which makes for a fourth usable 5* piece. Can finally get him out of Gladiator's, and in the meantime throw those pieces onto Razor who I've been building up.

Wow I dont even have an ideal set yet and my Ganyu is doing 11k total damage per charged shot. So this is how the god players feel huh

I cant get over how fast Ganyu kills stuff just with charged shots at 0 dupes and only a 4* bow. Makes me wish I had ideal builds for all my characters, but it takes soooo long to get the right artifacts. Ganyu is amazing and I have absolutely no regret summoning for her.

I am glad that she is stupid powerful, but Ganyu could be "cryo Amber" like some people were predicting, and I still wouldn't regret summoning her,

Ganyu get. Took 78 pulls.

I got impatient and used 2 starglitter pulls (which left me at 68 so enough for both heroes if they are good at month tickover). Then I farmed achievements and chest which was irritating as they were all common. Then I just caved and spent the $5 for 600 crystals even though it's a terrible conversion compared to welkin and got it on the first pull after spending.

Guess time to save for reruns or Hu Tao or something

congrats. Shame you had to dip for crystals, though. That's a decision I'll cross on Tuesday if I have to, I guess.

Fuck you, 11-2. For anyone having trouble, take anemo traveler into the first half. His/her E will grab the aggro from everyone off the monolith. First half went from utterly impossible to really freaking easy. Then I just had to stack power on the second half. 3-starred it with 63%.

Now I need to decide if I want to go back for 9. But damn, I've got it done finally.

Don't have really have gear for her yet but I do have Ganyu's normal attack to talent 8. The others are still at 1.

Also today I realized the adventurers handbook only shows you a couple of spawns for enemies rather than them all. I cleared out whopper flowers from the handbook but knew of some locations that the handbook never showed me. So guessing there's a ton more than it shows.

And man I really just want to pull now rather than wait for Monday when the shop and the abyss reset. I did a bunch of achievements today for a whopping 60 primos, lol. But I should have 1600 with everything that resets on Monday, plus 5 from stardust. 60+10+5=75, and I've got starglitter, too. Would be pretty tragic if I couldn't hit pity. More worried about the coinflip now.

"Down We Go" achievement completed. Floor 12 conquered (4 stars). Though the enemies had a billion hp, it felt nice not having any negative modifiers, and Ningguang really got to play.

Literally stared at my inventory for like 20 mins trying to decide what I should do today with my resin. So much on my to-do list:

1. Get Venti to Lv. 80/90 so I can level up his Q talent. I want to get this out of the way now if I decide to pull for Xiao.
2. Farm for mora. Currently at 3 mil. BP is about to start up again, too. Id like to have 10-15 mil. Ill need a lot to level up talents to 9 and 10.
3. Farm for EXP books. I have 33 Heros Wits, so running dry. Ill need more to get Venti to 80.
4. Farm for Thundersoother Sands and Feather for Keqing.
5. Farm for Crimson Witch Crit Dmg/Rate helmet and Sands for Diluc.
6. Farm for Petra/Bolide pieces cause I barely have any.

1. Choose between a second black sword or a second viridescent hunt.
2. Farm artifacts.
3. Farm more artifacts.
4. Farm lots of artifacts.
5. Gather my primos for wishing on Ganyu on Monday, and decide where to go from there.

I did at least finally get a middling Thundersoother sands for Keqing, so I can scratch that one off the list. Now to look for a sand for Childe. And then a sands for all my other characters. Because good sands in this game don't exist.
