And smart than those who go to public schools?

I've been to public school all of my life, but most of the students I'd say are dumb as a bag of rocks and lack any sort of mannerism.

I'm pretty sure it happens in catholic schools too, but at a much smaller rate.

speaking from personal experience at a hardcore christian high school (like, "Smurfs are from the devil" and "Civil war soldiers shot down a pteradactyl" hardcore), i'd say they're about equal to public school kids. Like, the senior class were joking about alcohol and blowjobs when the teachers weren't around lol, same shit from when I was in public school.

uniformity of norms that a cultural/religious bubble necessarily entails has a way of cultivating a higher degree of uniformity with respect to mode of operation in some ways or another that could perhaps be considered "discipline", if not simply because there is no known/acceptable alternative to such

for lack of better words; i'm sleepy

values of families and educators associated with such institutions also more consistent, so less cognitive dissonance in that regard, and thus less questioning of authority, lending more legitimacy to behavioral norms

it tends to fall apart after extended time outside of that community context though

speaking from experience

I've attended a private Christian academy for much of my formative years and I can honestly say that they're far better at faking good manners to the teachers while engaging in vices like smoking and sex behind their backs.

Any school which puts any focus on religion in any way other than a purely educational (I.e. history) is a worse school than other schools and will do a worse job at educating its students.

Smarter? Hell no.

More disciplined? Hell no.

Depending on how expensive the school is, have a lot of contacts when they leave school? Hell yes.

Nope, I've been to both public and Christian school. I prefer public, tbh.

I went to catholic school all the way up thru high school, from nursery school. For a long time I considered myself irreparably damaged and set extremely back as opposed to my (few) public school friends.

I 100% believe private religious schools should be outlawed. It's child abuse and I will never forgive my parents for it.

Not the kids I went to school with K-12. If anything, kids got away with more, especially if they were rich.
