..when i look up google street view and its literally some of the best housing ive ever seen compared to where i live, even in traditionally "bad" hoods like Brooklyn or Queens. Or am i just too stuck on 90s gangsta rap? Cause if you listen to Mobb Deep or Jay-Z its like you couldnt walk through a hood without catching a stray and thats if youre lucky.

New York is still bad in parts. Its just that they started Stop and Frisk and started locking up minorities for small things. Then as the minorities starting going away to jail the white people started moving in.
