Right now I'm doing a bunch of side content again... getting close to 50 hours of play time. I'm at peak addiction I think lol

I'm also starting to think this is kinda what they were going for in Chrono Cross with the blades.

Just finished up chapter 6. Hope this Pyra situation doesn't last too long... probably gonna rush sorry until she's back.

I'm also having some difficulty incorporating Zeke into my team. I think my element setup is bad. Might try switching Wulfric/Sheba with Praxis/Asami.

Just got a glimpse of some old dude. Gonna guess that's Addam out maybe the Architect.

Rushed to chapter 8, got super Pyra. Once I get my party back I'll probably go back to side bull shit for a while lol.

Not much to say about the story tbh. It's been a back and forth between fighting Jin and co while being drip fed info for a while now. I have a feeling this or the next chapter is going to have a LOT of scenes with reveals.

Oh yes. The story's gonna go full throttle at this point. Going back to do side content at this point is a good break point, though sidequests continue to open up even to the very end of the last Chapter.

Kind of interesting that the ancient ruins are a modern type city. Gives me xc1 vibes. I also thought it was interesting that Malos used Monado moves in the last fight. I'm pretty sure they were the same ones Shulk used.

I put a solid 80+ hours into the game and got burnt-out.
Too many things to focus on. You can get lost in just that one game for hundreds of hours. Then there is also an expansion.

After this next round of side quests, I'm probably going to bee line the rest of the story. I'm having a good time still, but when I start to get tired of side stuff I'll just work toward the end. I have the bonus xp to get through level 60 something, and I think I read that the end game levels are like 70.

Yeah, you shouldn't have much trouble even then. You likely already have a grip on the game systems by now and can feasibly fight enemies around 10 levels above you.

Some of 'em are, yeah. There's a Rare Blade that has literally like less than 1% base chance of appearing (I think...it's pretty damn low) but some people got her as one of their first Blades. Lucky SOBs, it took me my full playthrough and around 100 hours of grinding afterwards to get her. I wish the pity system extended to all Rare Blades instead of just a select few.

Yeah.

Funniest part about her rarity is that she's good, but not one of the best Blades. She comes with a whole slew of Xenosaga references though, which is neat.

Got Poppi 3 and finished Agate's quest. Gonna detour side quests until I get bored, then move on with the story.

Doing a little story tonight actually. After a bit I might go back to side questing. Not sure though, I may just go for end game and come back if there's a Switch Pro.

I'll say I'm pretty darn interested in playing the dlc story.
