What film absolutely reek '90s, gen-x the most to you?

What film reeks the most of nu-metal, edgy gen-x'ers, dgaf attitudes, and Jnco jeans?

I would also include Ginger Snaps (2000) and Freddy vs. Jason (2003) -- but they both barely missed the decade.
I know Mirror Mirror (1990) is a weird inclusion because it's pre-nu metal -- but you can still feel the edginess in the film, and it feels ahead of its time.

I've never seen this or The Cell, but I'd imagine both fit the bill even if being a few years too late.

Based on this, I was gonna say Queen of the Damned, but it was a couple years late

Ah, I see that was already addressed.

I Know What You Did Last Summer is peak 90's horror. And by that, I mean it feels incredibly 90's. Not that it's a great film.

Was Disturbing Behavior really a horror? It seemed more like a scifi thriller.
